AiLens App (hereinafter “AiLens App” / “we”) believe, protecting your privacy is important to us. We hope the following statement can explain our Privacy Policy clearly. Please read and make sure you understand it before you use our services. If you are a teenager under 13 years old, please read and understand it accompanied by your guardian. You can only use our services or provide us with information after obtaining the guardian's consent.

When you use or continue using AiLens App, means you have understood and agreed with how we deal with your personal information, including collecting, using, keeping, and disclosing your information, according to Privacy Policy.

1.Face Data Policy

Face data we collect.

We analyze your photos to find the feature points of the faces in the photos (eg eyes, nose, mouth points) for face processing. We do not collect facial data. After the analysis process, all facial feature data will be deleted.

Purpose and process of collecting face data.

In order to give you the AI effect, we need to find feature points (eg eyes, nose, mouth points).
The process is: (1) You submit the selected photo to our server ; (2) The server analyzes the face data in your photo and applies it to the template you choose; (3) After the composition is completed, the server returns the final rendering effect to you through the application;(4) The final composite effect will be temporarily stored in encrypted storage, and will be permanently deleted after a certain period of time. After the compositing process is complete, we will delete the face feature image you submitted to the server immediately.

Face data sharing and storage.

We will not share your face data with any third party, nor will we store any face information you submit, and the photos you upload will be deleted after the analysis process is complete.

2.How we collect and use information？

We collect information provided by you when you use our service and collect automatically when you use our app or our service.

Signup and Login

• contact information. When you log in with the account of a third-party media website, we will collect your account information on the third-party media website, generally including: account name, email address and region.

• Usage information. We may collect your operation information on the platform, mainly including the information you click, browse, download, share and your search history, or any other information you provide during the use of our services, so that we can provide you with features.

• Device and log information. When you use our services, in order to ensure your normal use of our services and the safe operation of their functions, improve and optimize your use experience, and protect your account security, we will collect your device and log information as follows: device model, mobile phone Set language, mobile phone country, advertising ID, operating system and system version number, login IP address, software version number, access method, type and status to the network, network quality data, operation logs, service log information.

• Social media and login services. If you choose to use a third-party social network or login service to link or register, we may collect information from those services, including your contact list for those services and the platforms you use in connection with those services.

• Feedback. When you contact us for feedback or customer service, we collect the information and materials you submit, your contact details (such as your email) so that we can contact you and answer your questions or provide other services.

If you stop consenting or expressly withdraw your consent to our collection, use or disclosure of your information, we will immediately cease all such uses.

3.Information provided by you

When you save pictures from AiLens App to your device album, AiLens App need to visit your album to save the picture. Before visiting the device album, AiLens App would ask for your permission. Only with your permission, can you save the picture to the device album.

Device information and diary information

For the following 2 purposes below, we need to collect your device information and diary information: 1) To avoid cheating behavior towards our energy reward function, we need to collect your device information and diary information to support our cheat-blocking system test. 2) We need to collect your device information and diary information to help us make problem analysis for the purpose of providing service, developing and optimizing service experience and secure your account.

Definition of device information: all the information of the device with which you used our app. It includes device brand, device model, screen resolution, device identification, system version, app token, and IP address.

Diary information includes: a) the data you use our app. This information is anon, we will not track or match any information to your personal identity. b) data related to Internet safety incidents, such as Internet breakup, system activities.

Only with your authorization to collect your device information, we can provide our service. When you install and use our app, we will collect your device information.

Device information will not be used to identify your personal identity. We will de-identify and anonymize all collected information.

Recommend, show, send contents or accounts you may be interested in: a) We may use COOKIES to collect your interests and habits, analyze the collected information to improve product service, recommend services you may be interested in, and optimize the advertisements for you. b）We may use COOKIES to record your behavior using AiLens App in the purpose to recommend content, test abnormal situations related to breakup and long-term loading, and explore better service methods.

Clear COOKIES: You can delete COOKIES in Setting. Once you delete COOKIES, we are not able to provide services provided by and depending on COOKIES.

Share to our partners: only for the purpose mentioned in this Privacy Policy. We may share some of your information with our partners in the purpose to offer better services. We will share your information for legal, just, necessary and clear reasons and only share necessary information. Our partners have no right to use shared information for purpose unrelated to our services. Currently, our authorized partners include: a) for the purpose of advertising. We may share information with partners who promote or advertise their products in our app. We will only share de-identified and anonymized information. We may share anonymized data analysis with advertisers only for advertisement optimization. The shared information cannot be able to identify your real identity. b) for the purpose of security and data analysis. To secure you and other users’ accounts, and to protect your and our legal rights and benefit, we and partner servers may share necessary device information, account information, and diary information. To produce service analysis, we and third party partners may share data analysis of your using our product. The information cannot be used to identify any user.

All the third party, organization or person we share information with, made strict Confidentiality Agreement, in which they are required to deal with your information according to our instruction, this Privacy Policy, and other security methods. Meanwhile, we make sure all the shared information is not able to make any identification.

Change of Ownership

When we develop, our ownership of this app may change. Your personal information may be transferred as part of the deal. We will require the new owner to follow this Privacy Policy, otherwise they are required to ask for your authorization again.

4.Data Retention, Location and Security

We only keep your information for as long as is reasonably necessary for the purpose set out in this Privacy and to fulfill our legal obligations.

We keep your information you use to verify identity and you provided until you cancel your AiLens App account. We keep other information for 5 years. After 5 years, we will delete all your information.

How we secure your information?

We use encryption technology and anonymization method to protect your personal information. We build security system to protect your information from attack.

We build security department, security management system, and data security process to protect your information.

We have strict requirement for data security, only a few authorized people can visit your information and perform security audit of data and technologies timely.

We will do our best to ensure the security of your information. We build our emergency reaction team for any possible risks threating your information security. All activities we have done or plan to do to secure your information and the latest situation will be informed to you via, not limited to, phone, email, letter, and notification.

Please notice: once you leave our app, we have no ability or responsibility to protect your information used in other places.

How can you manage your information?

You can check your authorization status through a process Settings-Application-Application Management-Authorization. You can request personal information produced during your application of AiLens App. We will provide it based on a sensible reason. If you cannot visit or change the information, please contact us at service@gens-ai.com.

You can go to Profile page, click clear cache to delete information.

Change or Recall authorization: You can use device system to change or recall your authorization of location information, storage, album, phone state, and etc.

Cancellation: Under Terms of Service and legal obligations, your account may be cancelled or deleted. When the account is cancelled or deleted, all the service information or data related to that account will be deleted in accordance with Terms of Service.

You can cancel your account by sending email to inform a request of cancellation at service@gens-ai.com. Our service team will cancel your account within 10 work days.

Complain or Report: If you feel your personal information and rights are offended or find any clue of it, you can contact us at service@gens-ai.com to make an complain and report. We will check and reply as soon as possible.

User Age

If your guardian disagrees you using our service or providing information, you must stop using our services and inform us.

We only disclose teenagers’ information when it is allowed by law, agreed by parents or guardians clearly or when it is necessary to protect the teenagers.

If you are the guardians of the teenager under 13 years old and you have any question about the teenager you guarded using our services or providing us information, please contact us instantly. We will protect teenagers’ information based on relative laws and this Privacy Policy. If it is found we have collected teenagers’ information without guardians; consent, we will delete the information instantly.

5.Notification and Update

We may update Privacy Policy because of laws, regulations, and legal obligations. When we update Privacy Policy, we will publish the updated version in Setting-About-Privacy Policy.

When we make big changes, we will send obvious notification including message in the app or show pop-up message. The big changes in this Privacy Policy include, but not limited to, big change of service mode, such as the purpose to deal with personal information, the types of information we deal with, the usages of personal information; big change of our ownership; we share, transfer or disclose information to different third party; change of responsible department for Privacy Policy, contact method and report platform for information security; information security shows high risk.

Please make sure you agree to the updated version of Privacy Policy before you confirm the updated Privacy Policy and enjoy our services. You can choose not to confirm and use our services if you disagree the updated content of Privacy Policy.
